What RightsRoom is, how it works, and what it means for your data, plus how to see it built on your own list before you decide anything.
An AI-native rights room that runs your foreign-rights business in one place. Send it your documents in any format (spreadsheets, contracts, emails, royalty statements) and it builds and manages your rights, deals, contracts, royalties and invoicing for you, end to end. It also helps you find new rights deals, not just record the ones you've done.
The tool you use today stores what you type into it. RightsRoom reads what you throw at it and builds the database for you, so the data entry largely disappears. It keeps improving over time rather than standing still, and it surfaces new deal opportunities, which a system of record can't do.
No hand-entry: that's the point. Send your records in whatever shape they're in (spreadsheets, PDFs, scanned contracts, Word files, even pasted emails) and RightsRoom reads them and builds your rights room around your data. There's no rigid template to reformat to, and you stop being the data-entry clerk for your own business.
No. There's no migration project to manage: you send what you've got and your rights room is built from it. You can see it working on your own list before you decide anything.
You upload once and we build it: setup is on us, not on you. In practice it's often very fast, because there's no manual data entry standing between you and a working rights room.
Yes. It drafts and manages your deal contracts end to end, and tracks options, renewals and deadlines. Drafts are built from the terms you recorded on the deal (advance, territory, term, royalties) on a foreign-rights licence template, and every draft is yours to review and adjust before it goes anywhere.
Yes. It records and reconciles royalty income (including reading the statements you'd normally have to work through yourself) and raises advance and royalty invoices into the accounting tool you already use.
Your accounting stays in your own hands: invoices are generated from the deal terms and emailed out, ready for whichever accounting tool you already use. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.
Yes, and this is where it goes beyond a database. It surfaces titles and matches you can act on, so you spot opportunities you'd otherwise miss. Storing your existing deals is the baseline; finding new ones is the upside.
Yes. Send it your notes from your meetings and it drafts a follow-up to each of your clients, in your voice, with your deal records already updated underneath, ready for you to read, adjust and send. The trip ends; the write-up doesn't follow you home.
No. This isn't a chatbot you ask to summarise a document. It's frontier AI doing the actual work: reading your files, building your database, drafting your contracts and follow-ups. The clever part is deliberately kept under the hood; the result is what you get.
Nothing that reaches your clients goes out without you. Drafts are drafts: you review and send. And anything to do with money is handled by precise, rules-based engines, not guesswork: it reconciles the numbers, you approve them.
Yes. Your data is held under UK/EU GDPR, isolated to your account and encrypted in transit, never shared and never sold, and you can export or delete it at any time. Deterministic software does the volume; a European AI model (under our data processing agreement, in EU data centres) reads and extracts; nothing is finalised or sent without human review. The third-party services we rely on (such as hosting and email delivery) are named in our privacy policy, as the law requires.
You work directly with the person who built RightsRoom, which means it's accountable by name, changes the moment your rights room needs it to, and keeps getting better, backed by deep, current expertise across AI solutions. It's the opposite of a faceless tool that outsourced its software and stopped improving years ago.
No. Emails go out as you, from you, to your clients; RightsRoom stays invisible to them. You remain the agent; it just takes the admin off your plate.
Onboarding is free: we build your rights room from your own files before any money changes hands. From there, it's €150 per room per month for the rooms you switch on (deals and contracts, marketing, royalties and revenue) and €50 per user per month. Billed monthly, with no setup fee and no annual lock-in.
Yes. We'll build your actual rights room from your actual files, free, so you can see it working on your own list before any money changes hands. No card, no commitment. If you don't love it, you've lost nothing.
The quickest answer is to see it built on your own list: free, no card. Send us what you have and we'll show you your rights room working.
